Hello. My name is Sebastien Michael Cottignies.

This is my home page. My email address is seb@cottignies.com.

16th March 2005
It's been a long, long time since the last batch of pictures. My dad blames this on my new found roaming ability. Very soon I hope to get some video clips posted here. Until then, here is a quick view of the last few months...

My first christmas was a big adventure. I got some great toys.

In January, we (finally) got a floor for our kitchen.

Here, I am showing off the full range of my acting talents...

I am now mobile! I am getting better at this every day. Some early adventures have led to the installation of gates on the stairs and the kitchen.

I am particularly keen on chasing Poppy around the room.

No one will recognise me now!

My mummy and daddy are eternally grateful that I can still sleep anywhere.

11th November 2004
It's been two months since my last update. The time has just flown by! Here are some highlights...

We all had a laugh at my grandad's 60th birthday

I always know when there is a camera about!

I tried hypnosis...

Simon Pegg impersonations...

and crawling...

I am still not too sure about Poppy

and I always love being the centre of attention

but at times it was all just too tiring...

18th September 2004
This month I have spent my time playing and smiling.

My Uncle Stephen caught showing me how to be a wide boy!

This is me playing my favourite game - finger wresting!

I felt a bit lost first time I slept in my cot. I bet it won't be too long before I am too big for it!

My Grandad had a go at feeding me...

18th August 2004
This is a quick update of some of what has been happening for the last month.

I have spent a lot of my time looking at everything that is going on around me.

I gave my parents a scare when I developed a nasty rash on my face. I had to be admitted to hospital for a few days for it to heal.

But I recovered quickly and was soon able to have a good chat with my Nan.

I was back to my best when I met my Great-Grandad and Aunty Margaret for the first time.

I had a great time!

17th July 2004
I arrived in the world at 05:19 on Wednesday 7th July 2004. I weighed in at a mighty 9 pounds and 12 ounces (4.415 kg).

After I was born I had some difficulties breathing for myself, but the nice doctors at Southmead Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit made me better...

and two days later I was back with my mummy and daddy on the maternity ward.

This let my new grandparents hold me for the first time.

My Uncle Stephen gave me some trendy football boots.

My Aunt Sally made me feel a little camera shy.

On Saturday 10th July, at the ripe old age of three and a half days, I was given the all-clear to go home. As you can see, I look less than impressed.

Now all I have to do is sleep and look cute...

...and keep everyone else awake.
